Young and Manser has been actively involved in land and new homes for ten years, in the last three years with have dealt with the disposal of over £50,000,000 (fifty million pounds) worth of new property and are presently marketing property of a combined value of £16,000,000 (sixteen million pounds) over three locations. These are ‘Red’ on Worton Road Isleworth consisting of 22 two bedroom apartments. 18 apartments and Houses at ‘Mode’, which is situated on Spring Grove Road Isleworth and a mix scheme of 8 one bedroom apartments, and 13 live-work properties at Bellview Court Hounslow.

During these years we have taken instructions from both large and small house builders including Crest Nicholson, Bryant Homes, Taywood, Michael Shanly Homes, Wates Homes, Linden Homes, Rushmon Homes and Antler Homes, as well as dealing with smaller local builders such as Atlas New Homes, Aks Homes and St Vincent Ferrier.

In 2004 Young and Manser merged with Anthony James producing the largest independent agency in Isleworth and Hounslow. To increase efficiency and produce a larger brand presence the final part of the merger will take place at the end of March with the two names being merged to produce Anthony James Manser, which will have dedicated new homes, lettings and second hand sales departments. We will have two offices in Isleworth as well as associated offices in Weybridge and Brentford Marina.

The new homes department is already involved with the prelimary work on three further development in Isleworth: sixteen new one bedroom apartments on London Road two large houses in The Grove Isleworth and nineteen riverside apartments in Old Isleworth.
