Lettings Update

We have seen a busy end to August and with what is, historically, the busiest month of the year September approaching, the lettings market could be on the up. Landlords have seen a decrease in rents this year due to an over supply of properties, but we are seeing a gradual improvement to this. To ensure your property does not remain vacant and achieves a good rent it is important that your property stands out amongst others. Simply making sure the property is sparkling clean or a coat of paint can make all the difference and won’t break the bank.
