The formation of Anthony James Manser as local market leaders has been built out of our two dynamic sales departments, which will now reside at 22 St Johns Road. Over the past 26 years we have offered a service which has produced an unrivalled repeat business situation, confirming that our brand of selling is proof that we not only sell properties effectively, but we have also built an excellent reputation with our vendors for customer service. Our dedicated sales team have between them many years of local experience and this enables us to offer the personal service many vendors are now looking for.
We are able to offer competitive commission fees, full colour property details, weekly advertising in a leading local property paper, website advertising on Rightmove & Findaproperty.com and a data base full of carefully vetted applicants ready to view your property.
We operate six days per week until 6pm Monday-Friday and 9am-3pm on Saturdays. We offer a full key accompanied service so you can sit back and relax and let us take the strain of doing viewings at your convenience.
Our team of valuers will be able to advise you on your property value and ensure you get the best price possible for your property, we will also supply comparables of other similar properties sold locally.
