I thought it was about time that i spoke up about my experience with Anthony James Manser Estate Agents. I have continually found them to be personable, friendly, professional and above all they do what they say they will. Recently i had an urgent repair which need an engineer come to my property. Initially i spoke with Lisa, who then passed me on to Liz who was able to sort everything first time for me. She kept me updated the whole way through the repair process, which is extremely unexpected these days. I was pleasantly surprised by Lisa and Liz's professionalism, while being extremely personable too. I've read some of the negative reviews but can't believe they are true as this is far from my experience. I would 100% recommend Anthony James Manser Estate Agents as the best in the area bar none. Next time i need to let a property they will be my first port of call for sure. Thank you to everyone at Anthony James Manser Estate Agents for looking after me so well and for sorting my repair super quick. Keep up the excellent work!
